This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Workplace Coordinator to join a growing business and support the day-to-day operations. Working closely with members, visitors, contractors and service providers, you will ensure the workplace remains safe, well-presented, operational and welcoming at all times.

Your new role
In your role as workplace coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for members, visitors and contractors.
  • Coordinating day-to-day workplace operations to ensure the smooth running of the site.
  • Managing facilities and maintenance requests and liaising with contractors to resolve issues.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure presentation, safety and service standards are maintained.
  • Coordinating workplace amenities, consumables and shared spaces.
  • Responding to member enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
  • Supporting workplace health, safety and compliance requirements.
  • Assisting with meeting rooms, workspace allocations and general workplace logistics.
  • Conducting tours for prospective members and supporting occupancy growth.
  • Building strong relationships with members and creating a positive workplace experience.
  • Assisting with workplace events, community engagement initiatives and site administration.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in workplace services, facilities management, hospitality, retail or customer service.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of issues.
  • Experience coordinating contractors or service providers will be highly regarded.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer and workplace experiences
