About the role
We are seeking an experienced and talented sous chef to work closely with the executive chef to oversee our kitchen operations, lead a passionate team and design menus that delight our guests.
You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation while ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations.

Contribute towards the creation and execution of seasonal menus and specials

Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety standards.
Collaborate with management to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
