They are currently seeking Restaurant Managers to support its growing operations and ensure continuity of high-quality food preparation and service.

Location: North Richmond Shopping Village, Shop 13/6 Riverview St, North Richmond, NSW 2754

Salary Package: $78,000 - $83,000 AUD

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the restaurant’s day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  2. Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high standards of performance.
  3. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate employees as needed.
  4. Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing during operating hours.
  5. Maintain excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns or complaints.
  6. Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
  7. Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety regulations.
  8. Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and proper rotation of food and supplies.
  9. Monitor food costs, labor costs, expenses, and overall restaurant profitability.
  10. Handle cash management, daily sales reports, and other operational documentation.
  11. Coordinate effectively with kitchen, service, and support teams to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

  1. 1-3 years experience working as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage restaurant operations, including staff rostering, cost control, and inventory management
  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively
  5. Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations
