The Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Pastry Chef to join a well-established, high-volume bakery production team. You will produce a range of premium cakes, desserts, slices, novelty cakes, breads, and other baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, efficiency, and food safety. This role is ideal for a passionate pastry professional who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Skills & Attributes

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef within a bakery, patisserie, commercial kitchen, or food manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience working with pastry, cakes, desserts, breads, and yeast-based products.
• Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
