Your new company
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Specialist to join a growing healthcare organisation based in South Melbourne. Supporting a network of medical clinics across multiple states, you'll be the dedicated HR specialist, working closely with senior leaders and reporting directly to the COO.
Your new role
You'll take ownership of the full employee life cycle and provide end-to-end HR support across a multi-site workforce. This is a true generalist role where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing HR advice and support to managers across multiple locations
- Managing employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management and disciplinary processes
- Interpreting awards and employment legislation
- Supporting WorkCover and return-to-work processes
- Drafting HR correspondence and employment documentation
- Managing onboarding, offboarding and HR administration
- Partnering with leaders to drive positive people outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Advisor role
- Strong, working knowledge of the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 (MA000027)
- Exceptional written communication and documentation skills
- A proactive, organised and self-sufficient approach
- The ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Experience within healthcare, medical or other multi-site environments will be highly regarded.
