Payroll Consultant – Move Beyond BAU Payroll

Working with a highly regarded payroll consulting team, you'll help organisations improve their payroll operations, implement leading payroll technologies, and deliver solutions that make a real impact.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with clients across a variety of industries including Mining, Oil & Gas and Professional Services to review, improve and transform payroll operations.
- Support end-to-end payroll system implementations and transformation projects.
- Analyse payroll processes and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Configure and support payroll technology platforms.
- Assist with data migration, testing, reporting and go-live activities.
- Deliver training and support to clients throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Change Managers to ensure successful outcomes.
What we're looking for
- Solid end-to-end payroll experience with a strong understanding of payroll legislation and best practice.
- Experience working on payroll projects, system implementations or process improvement initiatives is highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A passion for payroll technology and continuous improvement.
- Experience with payroll systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Dayforce or Workday will be highly regarded.
