We are looking for an Enterprise Rostering Lead, to work on a large enterprise project.

About the RoleAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Enterprise Rostering Lead to drive the delivery of a large-scale workforce management transformation program. This role will lead the implementation of a UKG Pro Workforce Management solution, supporting enterprise rostering, time and attendance, workforce planning, and payroll integration across a complex, geographically dispersed organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of enterprise rostering and workforce management initiatives within a major ERP transformation program.
- Oversee UKG Workforce Management implementation activities, roster design pilots, and workforce policy development.
- Collaborate with program, technical, change, payroll, and business teams to ensure successful delivery and organisational readiness.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across operational leadership, workforce planning, HR, payroll, employee relations, and technology teams.
- Manage roster pilot programs and utilise outcomes to inform solution design, policy decisions, and rollout strategies.
- Provide leadership to business analysts, SMEs, and implementation resources across requirements, testing, readiness, and transition activities.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale workforce management, rostering, payroll, HR technology, or business transformation programs.
- Proven delivery leadership in UKG Pro Workforce Management, Kronos, or similar workforce management platform implementations.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, rostering, time and attendance, leave management, and payroll integration.
- Experience delivering pilot programs, change initiatives, business readiness activities, and enterprise-wide rollouts.
