About the role
We are seeking a Medical Administrator to join our Queen Elizabeth II Hospital team on a full time basis. This role is offered on a rotating roster with shifts varying across the practice hours. The team in QEII are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team.
About you
- Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
- Experience in radiology typing will be highly regarded
- Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
- Professional personal presentation
