About Temp Assignments

We are actively looking to grow our successful team of working temps across Reception, Administration, and Customer Service assignments. These assignments cover varying durations; short, medium, long and ongoing, across a number of industries. As a temp you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience, enhance your skills, build your resume, and be exposed to a variety of working environments.

The Role

Responsibilities vary with each assignment, duties can include but are not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting corporate clients
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Invoicing and general administration support
• Manage office resources
• Data entry
• Raising of POs + order entry

Skills and Experience

• Availability to work business hours Monday - Friday and start immediately
• Prior experience in a Reception / Administration / office based Customer Service
• Exceptional communication skills
• Warm and engaging personality
• Able to manage a varied workload and flexibility
