A large Tasmanian Organisation is seeking a Workplace Relations Specialist
Your new company
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Workplace Relations professional to join a large and complex organisation undergoing a significant period of change and transformation. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert advice across a diverse workforce while playing a key role in enterprise bargaining and broader employee relations initiatives.
Your new role
Working within a collaborative People & Culture team, you will partner closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to navigate complex workplace relations matters, interpret industrial instruments and legislation, and provide strategic guidance on a range of employee relations issues. A key focus of the role will be supporting enterprise agreement negotiations and ensuring the organisation is well positioned to achieve successful outcomes for both employees and the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring substantial experience in workplace relations, employee relations or industrial relations, together with a strong understanding of contemporary employment legislation and industrial frameworks. Your ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and confidently manage sensitive matters will be essential to your success.This opportunity will suit a seasoned practitioner who enjoys working in a complex environment, can balance competing priorities and takes a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to workplace relations. Previous experience supporting enterprise bargaining processes will be highly regarded.
