Your new role:
Reportingdirectly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-dayoperations of the practice, providing administrative, operational and clientsupport across the business.
Yourresponsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end client onboarding and offboarding processes
- Preparing service agreements, ATO authorities and coordinating electronic signing via DocuSign
- Liaising with clients and internal accounting teams regarding onboarding requirements
- Establishing and maintaining workflows within Karbon
- Coordinating access to platforms including Xero, Xero Tax and Hubdoc
- Managing practice billing, debtor reconciliations and subscription administration within Xero
- Producing monthly reporting on billing performance and service delivery
- Maintaining the Monday.com environment and operational tracking systems
- Coordinating user access, permissions and IT requirements
- Supporting client enquiries and engagement initiatives
- Managing staff onboarding and offboarding administration
- Assisting with KPI and OKR program coordination
- Booking travel, supporting meetings and providing general administrative support to senior leadership
What you'll need to succeed:
Tobe successful in this position, you will be a highly organised administratorwith excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiplepriorities within a professional services environment.
Youwill bring:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within an accounting, financial services or professional services environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of key processes
- Experience working with spreadsheets and structured data
- A proactive approach and willingness to adapt as the role evolves
Experiencewith the following systems will be highly regarded:
- Karbon
- Xero
- Monday.com
- Google Workspace
