The Candidate

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Venue or Restaurant Manager preferably working for a restaurant chain or QSR group
• Experience launching new venues and driving sales growth
• A leader who understands chain restaurants and quick service operations, preferably someone who has already worked in the Darwin market
• A people first leader with a natural ability to motivate all levels  - from coaching future leaders to managing stakeholders
