About the Role

As a Team Manager, you'll lead by example in a 360° recruitment capacity, combining your own recruitment and business development expertise with the opportunity to coach, develop and elevate a team.

You'll play a key role in building a strong team culture, driving commercial performance and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

* Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Recruitment Consultants
* Driving business development and strengthening client partnerships
* Managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates
* Supporting consultants to achieve and exceed their recruitment and revenue targets
* Setting performance expectations and creating a high-performing team culture
* Sharing best practice, developing capability and fostering collaboration
* Contributing to the strategic growth and development of the Brisbane business

What You Bring

* Proven success in 360° recruitment with a strong track record of delivery and business development
* Previous leadership experience, or a strong desire to take the next step into people management
* A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for developing people
* Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills
* The ability to lead from the front and set the standard for your team
* A drive to innovate, grow and challenge the status quo
