Stock Controller (AJ8228)

Our client, a reputable automotive dealership group with multiple brands & locations across Brisbane are keen to speak with experienced Stock Controllers.

As an integral member of the Sales Department, you will be responsible for managing stock control functions alongside general administrative duties within a fast-paced and dynamic dealership environment. This full time role based in Springwood offers the opportunity to develop expertise across two dealership locations, supporting operations that keep the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle stock control processes, including inventory management and tracking
• Perform a range of administrative duties supporting dealership operations
• Work collaboratively with teams at both Springwood and Redlands dealerships
• Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Support daily dealership functions that contribute to overall business success

Candidate Profile

• Solid experience working within a dealership environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive administration and stock control
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills
• Auto Reg & Era/Pentana experience 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Immaculate personal presentation and professional attitude
• Current Queensland driver's licence
