Service Coordinator

Your New Company
Our client is a well-established maintenance and construction services provider delivering plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance solutions across NSW. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Service Coordinator to support their operational teams and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
This is an office-based position with full-time hours, with the hours being 8am to 4pm and there is some flexibility on this.
Your New Role
As the Service Coordinator, you will play a key role supporting the day-to-day operations of multiple trade disciplines. Working closely with internal teams, clients and contractors, you will help coordinate work orders, maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and compliance activities.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming emails and providing general administrative support
  • General office admin duties
  • Monitoring, accepting and processing client work orders
  • Coordinating site access for trades and contractors
  • Maintaining accurate information across client and project management systems
  • Preparing and submitting service reports for completed works
  • Supporting compliance activities and KPI reporting
  • Assisting with monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
  • Ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Administrator or similar support role
  • Experience within a trade, maintenance, facilities management or construction environment is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Experience using SimPRO or similar job management software is advantageous but not essential
