THE ROLE

Put your leisure travel expertise to work creating unforgettable holidays for an established customer base.

• Design, quote and book tailored domestic and international holidays.
• Arrange flights, accommodation, cruises, tours and travel packages.
• Use Galileo GDS to manage air reservations and bookings.
• Share your destination knowledge and recommend exciting travel experiences.
• Manage client bookings from initial enquiry through to departure.
• Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Liaise with airlines, wholesalers and travel suppliers.
• Deliver exceptional service while working collaboratively with your team.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Proven experience in leisure travel consulting.
• Advanced Galileo GDS skills – essential.
• Strong international destination and travel product knowledge.
• Excellent itinerary planning and booking skills.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• A proactive, positive and team-focused attitude.
• A genuine passion for travel and creating memorable holidays.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

• $70K – $80K + superannuation.
• Monday to Friday | 9am – 5pm | No weekends.
