This is a relationship-focused role centred on business development, account management, and building long-term client partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and developing relationships across Queensland's technology market
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Growing and managing client partnerships
- Providing market insights and recruitment advice
- Working closely with our delivery team to achieve successful outcomes
- Representing Exclaim IT at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
- Building your professional network and personal brand

- Experience in recruitment, ideally within the IT sector
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
