  • Schedule and allocate maintenance work requests to internal teams using corporate systems
  • Receive and manage customer enquiries, investigating requests and providing timely updates
  • Coordinate and track work orders to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and update information across multiple systems
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to support the resolution of maintenance requests
  • Prepare and maintain administrative documentation, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist with process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
  • Deliver high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Previous administration, scheduling, or coordination experience
  • High level of computer literacy and experience using corporate systems and Microsoft Office
  • Accurate data entry and record management skills
  • Ability to investigate enquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Current Queensland C Class Driver's Licence
  • General Construction Induction (White Card) highly regarded
