Rope Access Trades and Technicians
- Rope access trades and technicians required for FIFO opportunities in WA.
- Roles include boilermakers, riggers, mechanical fitters, and NDT technicians.
- Successful applicants must have relevant qualifications and mine site experience.
SRG Global requires Rope Access Trades and technicians (all IRATA levels) for long term and ongoing FIFO opportunities in the Northwest region of WA from Perth. We are looking for individuals who thrive on working in team environments and developing collectively.
We have ongoing maintenance and shutdown works servicing tier 1 clients for mine, rail, and port locations throughout the Pilbara and Port Hedland region.
The following roles are required:
- Rope Access Boilermakers
- Rope Access Level 3s
- Rope Access Advanced Riggers
- Rope Access Mechanical Fitters
- Rope Access NDT Technicians
The successful applicant will have:
- Current IRATA qualification
- Valid Driving License
- Trade Certificate (if applicable)
- Advanced Rigging qualification(if applicable)
- Mine site Experience
- Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- Confined Space (within 2 years)
- First Aid/ CPR (if applicable)
- Construction Induction Card (White or Blue card)
- Ability to pass site medical testing requirements
Key Responsibilities include:
- Conduct rope access works, ensuring projects run smoothly and according to scope.
- Rope access equipment fitting and pre-use checks.
- Liaising with the Site Manager/Supervisor regarding any issues
- Maintaining all equipment.
