The Role
We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Housekeeping team at Crown Melbourne, working across our luxury hotels: Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade.
This is a guest‑focused, hands‑on role where you help create clean, comfortable rooms for our hotel guests. You will be part of a supportive team and play an important role in delivering a high‑quality guest experience.
No two days are the same, and full training is provided.
What you’ll do
Clean and prepare guest rooms to Crown’s high standards
Make beds, change linen and clean bathrooms
Vacuum and tidy rooms
Refill guest amenities and supplies
Report maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor
Respect guest privacy and work professionally at all times
Work with your team to meet daily room targets
What we require
Availability to work part‑time across a 7‑day rotating roster, with Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability being essential.
Ability to perform physical work over 8-hour shifts, including standing, bending and lifting up to 15kg
Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and safety requirements
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
