12months contract with possibility of extending

  • Part time or casual role, Monday to Friday 30hours per week (6hours per day)
  • Supporting a brand new CCX site with Restaurant Associates
  • Based at a leading global professional services firm - Perth location

We currently have an opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to provide a professional, friendly, and efficient front-of-house service within a busy warehouse environment. As the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, delivery drivers, and team members, you will play a key role in maintaining site security, managing the switchboard, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

THE POSITION

  • Manage the site switchboard and direct calls and enquiries efficiently
  • Welcome visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers, ensuring all sign-in and site access requirements are completed
  • Coordinate visitor management, contractor documentation, and site inductions
  • Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier items
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record management
  • Monitor reception and common areas to ensure a professional, safe, and well-presented environment
  • Support site meetings, bookings, and other operational requirements as required
  • Liaise with warehouse operations, service providers, and stakeholders to support daily site activities

THE PERSON

  • Previous experience in a reception, switchboard, administration, or customer service role
  • Confident managing a busy switchboard and multiple competing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and site security standards
