Pastry Chef / Baker

- Covering for permanent staff on leave for a minimum of 3 months.

We are looking for an experienced pastry chef or chef with pastry experience to cover while permanent staff are on leave.
Previous experience in a professional kitchen is required. you will need a good understanding of lamination, baking and preparation.
We are a small friendly team using excellent organic and locally sourced ingredients.
Typical shift times are 5am - 3pm, so you will need access to transport.
The position is for a minimum of 3 months.
30 - 40 hours per week.
