Operations Delivery Lead (12 month FTC commencing October 2026) for SaCSA - Sydney CBD

Hays has partnered with Service and Creative Skills Australia (SaCSA) in the search for an experienced Operations Delivery Lead to join their team on a fixed-term parental leave contract. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of organisational operations while leading process improvements, systems optimisation, compliance activities, and membership administration.

Your new role
As the Operations Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of critical operational functions while partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support organisational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving and delivering day-to-day operational processes, systems and administration
  • Developing and improving operational procedures, workflows and documentation
  • Coordinating cross-functional activities to support business priorities
  • Managing supplier relationships, including IT, facilities and service providers
  • Overseeing technology and systems management in partnership with the managed service provider
  • Managing membership administration processes, applications, renewals and records
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
  • Coordinating internal communications, reporting and operational updates
  • Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing and values-driven culture

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience leading operations, corporate services or business support functions
  • Strong process improvement and workflow optimisation expertise
  • Experience managing systems, technology platforms and operational compliance
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and supplier management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, project management and CRM platforms, with HubSpot and Monday.com experience highly regarded
  • Experience within a not-for-profit, membership, industry body or service-focused environment will be advantageous
