About the Role
A hands-on, field-based leadership role responsible for driving outstanding guest experiences, strong commercial performance, and operational excellence across a portfolio of restaurants in New South Wales. You'll lead and develop Restaurant Managers, execute area strategy, support new site openings, and act as the key link between your network and support office.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence

  • Hold the network to a consistently high standard of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality
  • Be highly visible across all sites coaching, leading from the front, and keeping standards sharp
  • Ensure full compliance with brand, operational, and regulatory requirements at all times

Commercial Performance & Strategy

  • Deliver sales growth, profitability, and productivity targets across the area
  • Develop and execute an annual area business plan aligned to company strategy
  • Analyse KPIs and trends to drive continuous improvement across all channels, dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and digital
  • Own the execution of new menu launches, systems rollouts, and operational initiatives

People Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and their leadership teams
  • Build a strong succession pipeline and invest in the development of future leaders
  • Partner with People & Culture on recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Champion a values-led, inclusive, and high-accountability culture

Guest Experience & Local Marketing

  • Embed a genuine guest-first culture across the network
  • Use feedback and data to continuously lift satisfaction and loyalty
  • Partner with Marketing to execute local area marketing plans that drive traffic and brand awareness
  • Coach Restaurant Managers to build strong community relationships and ensure all activations are on-brand and measurable

New Openings, Safety & Compliance

  • Lead operational readiness, staffing, and launch of new restaurants in the area
  • Ensure all sites are safe, compliant with WHS and food safety requirements, and well maintained
  • Support leaders through employee relations matters in partnership with the leadership team
  • Protect the long-term value of company assets and facilities

About You

  • Proven multi-site leadership experience in QSR with both franchise and corporate understanding
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record in operational excellence and cost control
  • Experience with new site openings and leading teams through change
  • Commercially strong, analytically capable, and an influential communicator at all levels
  • Resilient and energised by fast-paced, growth environments
  • Regular travel across NSW; occasional interstate travel
  • Availability for weekend, early morning, and after-hours work as required
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and full Australian working rights

On Offer

  • Up to $140,000 + super
  • $15,000 car allowance
  • 10% bonus potential paid annually
