About The Role:
- Collaborating closely with Senior Lawyers
- Assist in handling a variety of Banking & Finance matters, including debt financing arrangements, corporate finance, capital markets, and regulatory compliance.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support strategic advice and transaction structuring.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Participating in negotiations and assisting in transaction management.
- Providing strategic guidance to clients on financial matters
Skills & Experience:
- With 1-3 years PQE in Banking & Finance Law
- Law Degree
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
