About the Opportunity:
Provide support to all chefs whilst maintaining a clean and hygienic workplace. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or similar labour-intensive role
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageous
- Demonstrated organisational, time management & problem-solving skills
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts including opening and closing shifts, days, nights, weekends and public holidays
