Internal Recruitment Consultant

Our client is seeking an experienced and confident Internal Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team based in Osborne Park. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a fast-paced and innovative business offering genuine long-term career growth.

This role will suit a recruiter who enjoys managing end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, and partnering closely with leadership to attract top talent across sales, marketing, and business support functions. You will also act as the key internal contact for external HR providers, providing exposure to broader people and culture initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Writing and managing job advertisements across Seek, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Maintaining ATS systems, candidate pipelines, and recruitment administration
• Building proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
• Liaising with leadership on hiring needs and recruitment progress
• Acting as the internal contact for external HR providers and supporting people and culture processes

What you’ll need:

• End-to-end recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting sales and marketing candidates highly regarded
• Confidence working independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
