Fulfilment Clerk
- Monitor unshipped orders and resolve delivery blockers
- Compile departmental KPI reports and maintain item listings
- Serve as a primary contact for vendors and assist in training
Position Summary
Reviewing and balancing the transactions processed with all forms of payment, also the monitoring of orders received on our
website to ensure the smooth operational flow of these orders. This position will work closely with all Costco departments
but not limited to e-Commerce, Customer Care, Depot, Buying, IT and Finance.
Job Duties/Essential Functions
- Proactively monitor unshipped orders, pending returns and fulfillment exceptions to minimize order backlogs and uphold SLA's
- Partner with carriers, depot/warehouse teams, and Member Care representatives to clear delivery blockers and resolve member inquiries promptly
- Compile and maintain departmental KPI reports, including shipment tracking, outstanding orders, and freight cost analysis
- Draft and update operational SOP manuals
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing ( UAT) to validate system upgrades and feature enhancements.
- Facilitate end to end account set up and system integration for newly authorized drop-ship vendors, ensuring seamless platform onboarding.
- Create, configure and continuously maintain item listings within the drop-ship management system
- Serve as a primary point of contact and trainer for vendors and internal users on system capabilities and workflows.
- Triage and resolve high- volume inquiries across multiple departmental inboxes
- Assisting in other areas within the department as needed.
Qualifications (Costco-specific or industry specific skills that candidates should possess):
Education/Training: Higher School Certificate or higher.
Knowledge/Skills: Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), AS400, excellent organisational skills, attention to
detail and accuracy, flexible team player, ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while
working independently, ability to cross train and assist other areas is critical. Experience with SAP Hybris e-commerce platform desirable.
Experience working with suppliers and other outside agencies preferred.
