You’ll support our Employee Relations team, working closely with Talent Acquisition and the GM. This role is people-focused, process-driven and full of variety.
What you’ll do:
Be a go-to contact for employee queries
Roll out policies & procedures
Coordinate onboarding & offboarding
Coordinate technology and ongoing support
Maintain compliance records & checks
Manage our HR system
Support contract changes, letters, admin tasks
Liaise with third-party HR providers when needed
Requirements
What you’ll bring:
Great communication & admin skills
Confidence with Microsoft Office and handling basic IT queries
Police Check (or willing to obtain)
