Mixed Animal Veterinarian — Deniliquin Veterinary Clinic

Full-time (or part-time options) | $80,000–$140,000 + super + after-hours | $10,000 sign-on bonus

If you’re chasing genuine mixed caseload variety with strong support, Deniliquin Veterinary Clinic wants to talk to you. We’re a respected, community-minded mixed practice in the heart of the Riverina — recognised locally as an Employer of Choice — and we’re looking for our next vet to grow with us.

Here you’ll get a true mixed caseload, a collaborative team that actually mentors, and a town where the commute is short, the locals are welcoming, and the Edward River is five minutes away.

What you’ll be doing

  • ~70% small animal / 30% large animal — beef, sheep and equine, in a well-equipped clinic
  • Optional dairy exposure through our sister clinic in Finley, if you want it
  • A team that values practical support, mentoring and high standards of care as much as you do

What’s on offer

  • $80,000–$140,000 + super + after-hours
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus after a successful 6-month trial (experienced full-time candidates)
  • Full-time or part-time — your call
  • Visa sponsorship and relocation support for candidates eligible for full NSW registration
  • VSB registration and professional memberships covered
  • VetEducation membership
  • Professional development across Apiam’s national veterinary network
  • Paid parental leave beyond the government scheme
  • Employee Assistance Program, plus retail, travel and gym discounts via Flare
  • Generous staff discounts on care for your own pets

About you

  • Qualified veterinarian, eligible for registration in Australia
  • 2+ years’ experience is ideal — new grads genuinely welcome
  • Confident in mixed practice, or keen to build those skills with support
  • A team player who communicates well and genuinely cares about client outcomes
  • Up for regional life — or curious what it’s actually like
