- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle activities for various business support roles.

THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a well-regarded professional services organisation with a collaborative and high-performing culture. They are currently seeking an Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on an initial 3 month contract. This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys proactive recruitment and partnering closely with stakeholders, while also contributing to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives across sourcing strategy, talent pooling, employer branding, and process improvements.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition leadership team, this role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business support functions supporting the wider Talent Acquisition function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle activities for a range of roles across business support functions
- Building and maintaining talent pools and pipelines
- Partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Assisting with recruitment process improvement and workflow optimisation
- Supporting broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
- Delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience
Please note this is a 3-month temporary role.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- End-to-end recruitment experience with a variety of operational roles including but no limited to Executive Assistants, Finance Assistants and IT professionals within a professional environment.
- Strong sourcing and talent pipelining capability
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive search methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
