Catering Assistant
- Assist with food preparation and packing food items for events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and cooking
- Pack food items according to specific event requirements
- Ensure all food items are labeled correctly and stored in a safe manner
- Assist with loading and unloading catering equipment and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up catering events
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a catering environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Food safety certification is a plus
- Available to work a 7-day rotating roster (including public holidays, weekends, morning or afternoon shifts)
