The Business Relationship Manager will oversee the implementation and enforcement of the Franchise Program, responsibilities include managing the operational functions, maintaining communication with franchisees, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures for smooth office operations. This is varied role also encompasses fostering relationships, ensuring compliance, and providing training and support to franchisees while addressing operational challenges.

Duties: 

  • Ensure effective implementation of Franchise operations and policies.
  • Conduct franchisee training during account transitions.
  • Maintain necessary documentation for franchise operations.
  • Communicate daily with franchisees to monitor performance.
  • Coordinate socialisation of franchisees with customers.
  • Conduct site inspections and recommend improvements.
  • Manage customer complaints and document resolutions.
  • Assist in achieving franchise compliance with operational standards. 

Skills and Experiences: 

  • Higher education qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a commercial environment.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in providing high level operations support.
  • Experience and understanding of compliance support processes.
  • Strong initiative and discretion in professional settings.
  • Proficient in presentation software and spreadsheet applications.
  • Strong rapport building and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse interactions.
  • Knowledge of WH&S and Environmental workplace standards..
