Service Desk Analyst | Sydney CBD | Part-Time Contract | 3 Days per Week

Your new role
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users across a range of devices, applications, and systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing service requests, resolving incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing desktop support for Windows 10 environments
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID technologies
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and tablets
  • Managing incidents and service requests through to resolution
  • Assisting users with system access, account management, and technical enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and updating support tickets
  • Delivering a high level of customer service to technical and non-technical stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Service Desk, Desktop Support, or similar IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and software applications
  • Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 operating systems
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
  • Experience supporting desktops, notebooks, printers, mobile phones, and tablets
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • A positive, flexible, and can-do attitude
