We are seeking passionate and experienced chefs to join our growing culinary teams at a number of our venues throughout Queensland. There are multiple roles available across the following regions: Brisbane, Rockhampton, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Cairns, Townsville, Airlie Beach, Mackay, Clermont, Gladstone, Hervey Bay, Roma, Toowoomba, Bundaberg and Caboolture.

As a Duty Manager/Assistant Venue Manager/Venue Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring service standards are maintained, teams are supported, and guests leave wanting to return.
The successful candidate must be a strong leader with good communication skills who is comfortable leading and inspiring the team.

- Previous experience in a relevant role in the hospitality industry
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Ability to manage staff, stock, opening and closing procedures
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment
- Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
