Talent Acquisition Advisor
Your New Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of business functions
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Writing and advertising job opportunities across appropriate channels
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Coordinating assessments, reference checks and employment offers
- Proactively building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
- Providing advice on recruitment best practice, market trends and talent attraction strategies
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting metrics
- Ensuring recruitment activities are compliant with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Demonstrated experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or agency recruitment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences
