Wholesale Reservations Consultant - Hybrid

We're looking for a confident, customer-focused travel professional who knows how to turn enquiries into bookings and enjoys building strong relationships with travel agents.

🌏 What You'll Be Doing

• Handle reservations enquiries from travel agents & customers
• Quote, book and manage travel arrangements
• Recommend the right products and upsell where appropriate
• Build strong relationships with retail travel agents
• Provide expert product and destination advice
• Manage bookings, changes, cancellations and follow-ups
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional service from enquiry through to booking

✈️ What We're Looking For

• Travel industry or reservations experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A natural sales mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence dealing with travel agents
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great phone and email skills
• The ability to quickly learn new reservation systems
• GDS / reservations system experience is highly regarded.
