This is a genuinely creative Product Manager role - research it, design it, cost it, launch it and see it come to life.
💼 The Role
- Develop new tour concepts and ideas
- Research destinations and unique experiences
- Create detailed itineraries
- Negotiate with and contract suppliers
- Secure hotels, performances and exclusive visits
- Prepare tour costings and budgets
- Write engaging brochure and itinerary content
- Work with design and marketing to launch new tours
- Provide product briefings to Operations
- Review customer feedback and continually improve future tours
⭐ What We're Looking For
- Experience in tour operations, travel or product
- Strong research and writing skills
- Experience developing itineraries or travel programs
- Budgeting / costing experience
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for travel and discovering new experiences
- An interest or background in the performing arts, fine arts, culture, history or humanities would be a huge advantage.
