Due to growth, we are seeking Claims Assessors to join AIA. We have multiple opportunities for Claims Assessors in Group, Retail and LTIP. You can be based in one of our state-of-the-art offices across Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

To do this successfully you will:
Managing a portfolio of claims holistically to achieve sustainable, timely outcomes.
Investigating and resolving disputes.
Managing your priorities to achieve SLAs
Preparing all customer communication, including complex information and adverse decision advice.
Successful applications will demonstrate:
Previous claims assessing experience in Life Insurance, Workers Compensation, Health Insurance or similar industries
Allied Health and Superannuation Admin experience will be considered
Maintaining quality stakeholder management/relationships
