About the role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing your territory, ensuring the development and achievement of agreed objectives, focusing on merchandising to a high standard within pharmacies based on an agreed call plan across the Northern suburbs and metropolitan area of Melbourne.
Duties include:
- Bring campaigns to life by executing all head office promotional activity with precision and priority
- Shape the instore experience through high impact window displays, feature bays and off location merchandising that drives customer engagement
- Be the communication heartbeat with timely updates on compliance, weekly activities and insights
- Own your space by executing planograms accurately and maintaining strong, consistent shelf presence across all categories
- Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures
About you
- Merchandising experience
- Basic IT skills to generate reports to management
- The ability to understand what the customer wants
- Well organised and solid planning skills
- Creative flair
- Good verbal communication
