About the Role: One Key Resources are currently seeking experienced Riggers / Leading Hands for ongoing project work based at Appleton Dock, Melbourne. Working within a highly experienced project team, you'll be involved in the installation and erection of heavy industrial equipment and steel structures. This is an excellent opportunity for tradespeople who enjoy site work, take pride in working safely, and thrive in a team environment. 

Key Duties:

·       Structural steel installation and site erection

·       Leading Hand / Rigging and lifting operations

·       Working alongside cranes and mobile plant

·       Reading and interpreting drawings

·       Using hand and power tools

·       Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

·       Following all site safety procedures and SWMS

To be successful in this role, you must:

·       Leading Hand

·       Current Basic or Intermediate Riggers Ticket

·       Construction White Card

·       Experience working on industrial construction sites

·       Ability to work safely around cranes and lifting operations

·       Strong commitment to WHS

·       Reliable transport

·       Ability to work long shifts when required

·       Positive attitude and strong work ethic
