The Role:

Working Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process while developing the skills required to become a successful Sales Agent. You will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of residential sales, including:

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining a strong database
• Managing buyer enquiries via phone and email
• Conducting open homes and property inspections
• Assisting with marketing appointments and auctions
• Providing exceptional client care and buyer follow-up
• Liaising with vendors, buyers and external suppliers
• Assisting with negotiations and sales campaigns from start to finish

The Candidate:

• Minimum 12 months' experience within residential real estate sales
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Highly motivated, energetic and career-focused
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine desire to learn from an established industry leader
• Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
