Your new companyHays is currently partnering with a large public sector organisation to recruit experienced Human Resources professionals across a range of opportunities from Level 3 to Level 7. With a growing workload and several vacancies available, these positions offer the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative HR team supporting a diverse workforce.
Your new role
We are seeking HR professionals with experience across a range of human resources functions, including:

• HR administration and employee lifecycle management
• HR advisory and business partnering
• Workforce reporting and analytics
• Employee relations and case management
• Workforce planning and organisational development
• HR systems and process improvement
• Strategic HR project delivery
• Opportunities are available at multiple levels, ranging from administrative support through to senior standalone HR consultancy positions.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience within Human Resources, People & Culture, Workforce Services or a related discipline
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
• Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
• Experience using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous public sector experience will be highly regarded
