This spans across the tech and digital space with start-ups and corporate to ensure they have the strategies in place to innovate and grow effectively and sustainably. In this role, you will drive business development to bring in new clients, and you will lead a team of high performing consultants to design and deliver bespoke talent strategies and recruitment solutions for a myriad of innovative companies.

Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in 360 recruitment, talent acquisition or headhunting
- Strong track record in business development and building a meaningful network
- Significant drive and ambition
- Stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- A consultative, solutions driven approach
- A natural collaborator who can listen and retain information
- A curiosity to learn about people, technology, and business
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
