We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Full time - Receptionist / Guest Relations Officer to join one of our global finance clients based in the Sydney CBD. 

THE POSITION: 

• Providing high level administration and guest services
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work loads
• High attention to detail in Administration and document control

THE PERSON: 

• Minimum experience at least 1 year in a Guest relations OR Receptionist position in a corporate setting 
• Skilled in MS Suite  
• Impeccable presentation and communication
• Reliable, proactive and able to work autonomously

* Due to nature and environment of this setting - the successful candidate must hold Australian Fulltime working rights for at least 12month or more - they will also be required to go through background checks via a third party *
