An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join the cross-border investment team, based in Sydney. This role is pivotal in supporting senior executives and investment professionals, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple geographies and time zones. Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex diary management and multi-party meetings across global time zones
- Arrange international travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, and transport
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports
- Support visa applications and work permits as needed
- Maintain contact databases and business card records
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Provide general administrative support to a busy team of investment professionals
- Collaborate with other assistants and team members to ensure smooth operations

- Proven experience as an Executive or Team Assistant
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in investment, financial services, or professional services
- Familiarity with coordinating international travel and visas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
