About the role:

You will advise blue-chip clients across a wide range of industries on complex and high-profile matters such as:

• Employment and industrial relations law.
• Implications for all-things employment that stem from M&A and other corporate matters
• Enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes.
• Strategic advisory matters, high-stakes litigation, and regulatory issues.

The ideal candidate:

• Have 2–7 years’ PQE in employment/IR law (top, mid-tier, or specialist firm background)
• Strong LL.B.  or JD academics.
