Credit Control Officer/Credit Controller
- Manage the credit and collection function within company policy and procedures.
- Monitor overdraft and delinquent accounts to ensure future payments are made.
- Provide professional advice in response to inquiries and restrict account access when necessary.

THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will be managing the credit and collection function within the client’s company policy and procedures. You will be:
- Monitoring overdraft and delinquent accounts to make sure that future payments are made
- Aiding in the upkeep of agreements reached in the Debtor Management System
- Giving professional advice in response to inquiries by identifying the best answers
- Restricting account access when necessary

ABOUT YOU
To be qualified for this role, a Credit Controller is someone who:
- Has a solid background in credit control
- Is a strong communicator and highly organised
- Enjoys a challenge and has experience working on more complex billings having used a medium to large ERP system
- Is a professional with strong work ethic and a preference for corporate environments
Qualifications:
- More than 3 years of financial work experience, experienced in accountant or financial supervisor is preferred.
- Bachelors in accounting or diploma (Bachelors is preferred)
- High-class verbal and written communication skills
- Basic software such as Xero, Excel, etc.
