Events Travel Manager

We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Events Travel Manager to join a dynamic team managing conferences, incentive programs and events across Australia and internationally.

🎯 About the Role

This is a varied role combining event management, travel coordination, client service and on-site event delivery.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing delegate registrations, databases and enquiries
  * Coordinating flights, accommodation, transfers and itineraries ✈️
  * Supporting event planning, proposals, budgets and supplier research
  * Managing client and supplier communication
  * Preparing event documentation and delegate communications
  * Supporting Event Managers with the delivery of programs
  * Coordinating event collateral, gifts and branding
  * Providing on site support at domestic and international events 🌎

👤 About You

You'll ideally have:

• 3+ years experience in the Travel Industry
  * Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  * Strong communication and customer service skills
  * Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  * The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  * A proactive, team focused approach
  * Experience with event management systems is advantageous
