    Care Bound is an established disability support day program provider based in Seven Hills, Western Sydney, delivering specialist, person-centred programs for autistic adults and participants with disability.

    Our unique model is built around structured, purposeful daily programs including our Active Day Program, Daily Life Skills Program, School Pickup Program, and Community Participation supports designed to build real independence, confidence, and genuine community connection for every participant we support.

    We work closely with families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and therapists to ensure every participant thrives. As we grow, we are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our reach across Western Sydney and connect more participants and families to our programs.

    Position Purpose
    This role is central to growing participant referrals and building meaningful, long-term partnerships with support coordinators, plan managers, allied health professionals, and community organisations across Western Sydney.

    You will be the face of Care Bound in the community representing our values, building trust with referral partners, and helping more families discover the specialist day programs that can genuinely change lives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with NDIS Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and allied health professionals across Western Sydney
    • Build and grow a referral network spanning Blacktown, Parramatta, Penrith, the Hills District, and surrounding areas
    • Present Care Bound programs and services to disability professionals, community organisations, and local stakeholders
    • Arrange and attend introductory meetings, site visits, and centre tours with prospective referral partners and families
    • Promote our specialist day programs including the Active Day Program, Daily Life Skills Program, Afternoon Program, School Pickup Program, and Community Participation supports
    • Identify new opportunities to grow participant intake and expand our community presence
    • Represent Care Bound at local NDIS events, provider networking functions, community expos, and allied health forums
    • Support participant onboarding by liaising with families, support coordinators, and the Care Bound team
    • Maintain accurate contact logs, follow-up schedules, and outreach reports
    • Provide regular updates to the Director on referral pipeline, outreach activity, and outcomes

    About You

    We are looking for someone who:

    • Has experience in NDIS, disability services, or community services
    • Has existing relationships with support coordinators, plan managers, or referral networks in Western Sydney (highly regarded)
    • Is confident in networking, presenting, and building genuine professional partnerships
    • Has strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage warmly across a range of audiences
    • Is highly organised, proactive, and consistent in following through on commitments
    • Is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people with disability and their families
    • Can work independently and take initiative to grow a referral network
    • Presents professionally and can represent a premium, specialist provider with confidence

    Experience in NDIS business development, intake coordination, or allied health liaison roles will be highly regarded.

    Additional Requirements

    • Valid Australian driver's licence
